Kobbie Mainoo eyes Potential Manchester United Exit.

Kobbie Mainoo, Manchester United’s 20-year-old midfield star, is reportedly contemplating leaving before the September 1, 2025, transfer deadline, per talkSPORT’s Alex Crook. 

Mainoo’s role under Ruben Amorim is uncertain. He’s made only 19 Premier League starts last season and none in United’s opening two matches of 2025-26. Amorim’s 3-4-2-1 system doesn’t suit Mainoo.

Contract talks Winthrop Manchester United have stalled, with Mainoo seeking £150,000-£200,000 weekly against United’s £100,000 offer, his current £20,000 deal running until 2027. A £70 million transfer could ease United’s PSR constraints.
